Alan Bowers
Bats - Right Throws - Right Positions - Third Base, Pitcher, Catcher Bio: Alan started playing in the late 80's for his hometown team of the Barnsley Strikers until they ceased playing in 2007. Now a key member of the Bladerunners playing and coaching team, he continues to prove his all round skills. He brings calm energy to game day, leading by example on and off the field, a great role model for newer players.

Paul Cassidy
Bats - Right Throws - Right Positions - First Base, Third Base Bio: Having played for many years while living down south, 'Cass' finally linked up with the Bladerunners after moving north and has become a rock within the club. Someone who takes pride in developing others while still smashing baseballs all over when on the field.

Jack Hukin
Bats - Right Throws - Right Positions - First Base, Third Base Bio: When is comes to dedication, Jack would take some beating. Every event the Bladerunners hold, Jack will be there if possible. His development within the club has led to him take on a game day manager role from 2020. Being a leader on the infield and stepping in to pitch when needed, he is a strong contact hitter and an all round asset. |

Paul Grime
Bats - Right Throws - Right Positions - Centre Field, Shortstop, Pitcher Bio: Paul has a can-do attitude that is inspirational for newer and older players alike. Paul joined and just did whatever was thrown at him. He would try any position, take to the mound, help with the juniors and work on the club media. His bat to ball contact is solid game after game. He always supports others and has proved to be an integral part of the club.

Connor Brosnan
Bats - Right Throws - Right Positions - Second Base, Outfield Bio: After having joined only a year or so ago, Connor has contributed on and off the field. After finding his way on the playing squad, he set new highs last season by taking to the pitcher's mound, as well as being a pivotal part of the scoring team. Playing wherever is needed, Connor is growing into a valuable asset to the club.

Zak Berisford

Slotting into his role as catcher, it mirrors his goalkeeping duties during the winter. On and off the field Zak has a presence beyond his years, and is always providing a fun atmosphere around the club.

Bats - Right Throws - Right Positions - Catcher, Pitcher, Centre Field, 3rd Base Bio: Some players were just made for sport. Jack has brought his cricket skills to baseball and not skipped a beat. Settling into his favoured position of catcher where he is a natural fit. Throw in the fact he has taken to pitching amazingly and couple that with his lightening speed on the bases and he's the modern day version of the retro 'Deion Sanders/Bo Jackson' style of the two sport player.

Marco Foglia

Having played for many years in Italy, he brings a maturity and wisdom to the team, as well as great game knowledge. Playing on the middle infield or outfield he is also a contact hitter that gets on base.

Bats - Right Throws - Right Positions - Outfield, First Base Bio: Phil's boundless energy and enthusiasm has driven others to reach new heights, both on and off the field. He's currently in charge of social events and working alongside corporate partners. On the field, Phil will play any position needed, and has developed rapidly over the past few years. |
